A homeowner in Hugo, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion and cracked walls. Knowing they needed an expert, the homeowner looked into "professional basement repair near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Kyle.
Solution
The following week, Kyle traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, Kyle noted the walls were leaking and suffering from early signs of wall failure. To prevent the issues from worsening, Kyle suggested securing several waterproofing and foundation repair products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Kyle to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Jesus and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching two GeoLock Wall Anchors to the damaged wall. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
