A homeowner in Brownton, MN, discovered water leaking down their basement walls. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner hoped to find a company that could provide them with the correct solution. Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan, and traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. Dylan confirmed the basement was struggling with water damage. To prevent the issue from worsening, Dylan recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Lane and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the south wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Once the TripleSafe Sump Pump was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
