A homeowner in Walcott, ND, noticed their basement was leaking and suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, the homeowner knew they needed a solution. Solution
Ian promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough estimate. During the inspection, Ian noted the area was suffering from several issues. To prevent these issues from worsening, Ian recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Roel, and his crew traveled to the home to start the installation. First, Roel and his crew began by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching GeoLock Wall Anchors to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
