Solution
The following week, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Ryan noted the water was seeping down and at the bottom of the walls. To prevent these issues from worsening, Ryan recommended waterproofing the entire basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jose, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jose and his crew secured WaterGuard throughout the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the leaky basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
