Solution
A few days later, James traveled to the home to begin the inspection. First, James took a closer look at the out-of-date sump pump. After taking a closer look, James confirmed the sump pump did require replacement. To prevent the sump pump issues from continuing, James is replacing the sump pump with one of our new sump pumps and waterproofing the water-damaged basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Nanga, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Nanga and his crew started by taking out the old sump pump. When the old sump pump was removed, the crew shifted to securing the WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew went ahead and secured the TripleSafe in the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
