Challenge
A homeowner in Bismarck, ND, noticed a bump when they drove into their garage. After taking a closer look, the homeowner noted their driveway and walkway were quite uneven. Disliking the look of their damaged, unlevel concrete, the homeowner knew they needed to find a solution to prevent these issues from worsening. Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. After taking a closer look, Ian noted the concrete was not properly stabilized, which led to the sinking and unevenness. To stop these issues from progressing, Ian suggested securing PolyLevel below several slabs in the concrete. After hearing Ian's recommendations, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Charlie and his crew started by securing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was injected, the crew shifted to replacing the joints and repairing the cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
