Sinking Concrete in Horace, ND, Repaired
Challenge
A homeowner in Horace, ND, noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment with one of our Service Technicians, Marc. A few days later, Marc traveled to the home to take a closer look at the homeowners' installed products.
Solution
During his evaluation, Marc noted that all the products were running properly. However, Marc did notice that several driveway slabs were sinking due to settlement. To prevent this worsening, Marc recommended securing PolyLevel to level the slabs back into place. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Charlie and his crew inserted PolyLevel beneath the struggling slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
