Challenge
A homeowner in Minot, ND, noticed their exterior concrete was sinking into the ground. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed an expert to provide them with a solution. One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimated date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the detailed inspection of the walkway.
Solution
During the inspection, Ian noted the sidewalk was settling and needed to be lifted back to its original level. Ian shared his findings and recommendations with the homeowner. The homeowner agreed with his recommended plan of action, so they worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Charlie and his crew began by securing PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk slabs. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to securing NexusPro in the cracks and joints of the sidewalk. Once both products were secured, the crew shifted to cleaning up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by Charlie and his crew.
