Solution
A few weeks later, Jackson traveled to the home to begin the detailed inspection of the sidewalk. Jackson noted that the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Jackson recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back to its original level. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Jackson to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Charlie and his crew inserted PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk and garage apron. Next, the crew replaced the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
