A homeowner noticed several signs of water damage throughout their basement. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner looked into "water in basement repair near me". Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, AJ.
Solution
In the following weeks, AJ traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, AJ noted majority of the perimeter was suffering from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, AJ recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best solution, the homeowner agreed and worked with AJ to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Victor, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, AJ and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew shifted to securing seven GeoLock Wall Anchors on the damaged west wall. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the west wall. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly repaired.
