A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a waterproofing solution. One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our waterproofing services. Solution
During the inspection, James noted the east basement wall was suffering from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, the homeowner recommended securing waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Nanga, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Nanga and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
