Schedule Annual Maintenance
Gabriel has been on our production team since November of 2019. In the past, Gabriel worked in landscaping, building retaining walls and concrete repair. He also has certifications for forklifting, plasma cutting and polishing, along with a training in welding. All of these experienced have helped him grow and develop as a Co-Foreman for our company. His day to day on the job consists of helping his Foreman get the job done and install different kinds of systems. His favorite part about working for American Waterworks is it's different each day and he travels to new and different places.
In his free time, you can find Gabriel spending time with his family, playing with his son and doing landscaping on his home. Gabriel is a big asset to our team, and we are thrilled to have him on board!

Alan got all of his questions answered and was confident in the solution, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Gabriel R., and his crew broke out the pre-existing basement windows and replaced them with our EverLast Replacement Basement Windows, which are far more energy-efficient, are double-paneled, vinyl-framed, and give a nice appearance to the home. Once the installation was completed, Gabriel provided Alan with a thorough walkthrough of the project and ensured he was happy with the work.
Carsten I. of Hopkins, MN had bowing and cracking walls in his garage, and he wanted to get them inspected before his walls fell in. He got in contact with American Waterworks and set up a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton. Eric went to Carsten's house, examined and diagnosed his wall, and wrote out a detailed solution of our Wall Anchor System. Our Wall Anchors are connected by a long, metal rod to a wall plate that provides the pressure needed to straighten it back into its normal position. Carsten was confident in our product and its warranty, so he got a date scheduled for the installation.
Our Foreman, Gabriel Ramos, and his production team installed 14 of our wall anchors to stop the inward movement entirely. Over time, the homeowner can tighten the wall anchors to ensure the system is sticking to its design. Our wall anchors are the most versatile foundation wall repair methods because they can stabilize walls that have a variety of different problems.
