Justin Briggs

Justin joined our American Waterworks team in March 2025. Prior to joining our team, Justin worked as a maintenance technician for a rental company as well as an estimator at a body shop. Justin was excited to join our team because of our strong reputation for quality work and customer satisfaction. As our Service Technician, Justin is responsible for prepping the materials necessary for that day's job, diagnosing problems with the customer's system or giving annual maintenance, and helping maintain over 25,000 warranties. He is most excited to work with a team that continues to learn and grow. 

During his free time, Justin enjoys hiking with his dog, golfing, camping, and fishing. We are so happy to have Justin on our TEAM!
