Casey Thompson

Casey joined our team as a Service Technician in April 2025. He was drawn to our company by our collaborative environment and shared commitment to helping each other succeed. Casey brings with him a diverse background, including experience in sales, concrete work, and plumbing, that enhanced his technical knowledge and customer service approach. As a Service Technician, Casey is responsible for diagnosing issues, identifying effective solutions, and completing necessary repairs. He takes pride in educating our customers about the systems in their homes, how they work, how we can fix them, and what signs to look out for in the future. Casey is especially excited to sharpen his problem-solving abilities while continuing to deliver outstanding service.

Outside of work, you can find Casey playing golf, fishing, and motorcycling. We are so happy to have him on our TEAM!
