Kali Benson-Roe

Kali joined our team in April 2025 as an Appointment Specialist. Before joining our team, she gained experience as a caregiver for disabled individuals and was a supervisor for a sandwich shop. Her previous experience has taught her many valuable skills to take through her professional career. Kali was excited to join American Waterworks because of the opportunity to connect with others in her team. As our Appointment Specialist, Kali will be responsible for calling leads, talking to homeowners about their problems, and setting up FREE estimates. She is most excited to get to know her co-workers. 

When she is not in office, you can find Kali doing art projects, watching movies, or hanging out with her friends. We are so happy to have Kali on our TEAM!
