Austin Gustavson

Austin joined our American Waterworks TEAM as a Service Technician in July 2025. He was drawn to American Waterworks because he wanted to work for a supportive team. Before working for us, Austin gained experience in welding, plumbing, HVAC, and finish carpentry. As our Service Technician, Austin is responsible for diagnosing problems, finding solutions, and fixing problems. He informs our customers of what is in their homes, educates them on how it works or how we can fix it, and teaches them what they should watch for. He is most excited to be on the road every day and to learn new things and gain different experiences. 

When he is not working, Austin enjoys camping, ATVing, and spending time outdoors. We are thrilled to have him on our TEAM!
