AJ Kortz

As a husband and homeowner, AJ Kortz understands how important it is to feel confident in your home and the decisions you make for it. With a background in sales, he brings a thoughtful approach to every project. AJ specializes in foundation and waterproofing solutions, but is certified to perform inspections across all our services, allowing him to provide comprehensive guidance tailored to each homeowner’s needs. Additionally, AJ serves as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where he has developed a strong ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and prioritize people first. This combination of technical knowledge and genuine care for others shapes his no-pressure approach, focused on educating homeowners, understanding their goals, and helping them find the right solution for their home. Originally from Albert Lea, MN, AJ continues to call the area home with his wife Emily, their dog Nala, and their cat Sal. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, playing billiards, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
