Birdie Hays

Birdie joined our team as an Appointment Specialist in March 2026. She brings several years of customer care experience, including work in call centers, direct care, and retail. She was excited to join a growing company where she could continue to learn and make an impact. In her role, Birdie connects with homeowners, discusses their concerns, and schedules free estimates. She enjoys the variety her position offers and looks forward to learning more as she works with customers who each have unique needs.

Outside of work, Birdie enjoys gardening, gaming, reading, and baking. We are thrilled to have her on the TEAM!
