Luke Carter

Luke joined our TEAM as a Co-Foreman in April 2026. Before joining American Waterworks, he spent more than seven years working as a PolyLevel and mudjacking foreman, building extensive hands-on experience in the industry. He was drawn to our TEAM because of the opportunity to grow professionally and expand his career.

As our Co-Foreman, Luke assists with installations, supports his Foreman, and helps ensure every homeowner has a positive experience from start to finish. He is most excited to continue learning and gaining new experiences in his role.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys skateboarding, riding bikes, and working on his car. We’re excited to have him on the TEAM!
