Jennifer England

Jennifer joined the American Waterworks team as a Logistics Assistant in May 2026. Prior to joining us, she built a strong foundation in customer service through scheduling technicians, handling sales calls, and providing estimates. She was drawn to American Waterworks because of our ONE TEAM mentality and family-owned values.

As our Logistic Assistant, Jennifer's day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling projects, talking to customers about their installations, receiving feedback from customers after the project is completed, and pulling permits for all the cities we service. She’s especially excited to continue learning, meet new people, and make a positive impact on our customers.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children, as well as golfing, fishing, hunting, and cooking. We’re so happy to have Jennifer on our team!
