Dan Rose

Dan joined our team as a Service Technician in May 2026. Prior to joining American Waterworks, he spent 12 years running his own appliance business, gaining extensive hands-on experience in diagnostics, repair, and customer care. He was drawn to American Waterworks because of our one-team culture and the opportunity to serve and support his local community.

In his role, Dan prepares materials for daily projects, diagnoses system issues for customers, performs annual maintenance, and helps support the upkeep of more than 25,000 warranties. He looks forward to meeting new people and providing reliable service that homeowners can trust.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys hockey, football, NASCAR, and Star Wars. We're excited to have in on the team!
