Todd Klaers

Todd joined our team as a Service Technician in May 2026. Prior to joining American Waterworks, he gained experience as a sales representative, sales consultant, and in cement work, building a strong foundation in both customer service and hands-on field experience. He was drawn to American Waterworks for our benefits and the opportunity to gain more hands-on experience while serving homeowners in the community.

In his role, Todd prepares materials for daily projects, diagnoses system issues for customers, performs annual maintenance, and helps support the upkeep of more than 25,000 warranties. He looks forward to meeting new people and providing reliable service that homeowners can trust, with a strong passion for helping homeowners improve and protect their homes.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time at the lake, and watching Minnesota sports. We're thrilled to have him on the TEAM!
