Charlene Dela Cruz

Charlene joined our TEAM as an Appointment Specialist in May 2026. She brings prior experience as a caregiver, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and understanding people’s needs. She was drawn to this role for the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team and help homeowners take the first step toward solving concerns with their home. In her role, Charlene connects with homeowners, listens carefully to their concerns, and schedules free estimates to help them move forward with confidence. She is excited to continue learning and growing in her position.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoys kayaking, hiking, knitting, and crocheting. We're thrilled to have her on our TEAM!
