Jason recommended securing six Helical Piers in both south corners of the boathouse and leveling the floor with PolyLevel. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Matt and his crew began by digging to install the Helical Piers. Once the holes were dug, Matt and his crew began the installation. Helical Piers permanently stabilize the foundation and have the potential to lift the structure back to its original position. The steel piers are screwed into the soil and installed to the appropriate capacities and depths. Then, the steel foundation bracket connects the Helical Piers to the footing. Finally, the weight of the boathouse is transferred from the unstable soil to the piers.

Once Matt and his crew completed their part, the project was passed to one of our PolyLevel Foremen, Bryce.
