Sales Process
Initial quote included replacing the cement around the 4 post that were replaced with new posts and helical piers. After I signed the contract I was later notified that AWW would not be able to replace the cement the removed. So now I’m sitting with 4 posts that have dirt around them. My pole barn is in perfect condition and this now looks extremely tacky and I’m left to get a cement company out to do this work, one of the exact reasons I picked AWW so it would all be done, not the case and I’m very disappointed on what was otherwise a great experience! I would really like some follow up on this?
