Struggling Concrete Leveled in Springfield, MN

A homeowner in Springfield, MN, knew it was time to repair their sunken concrete. Knowing they needed an expert, the homeowner looked into "fixing a concrete sidewalk". Solution

Tony promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Tony confirmed that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the issue from worsening, Tony suggested using PolyLevel to lift the concrete back into place. The homeowner agreed with the recommendations, then they worked together to find the best installation date. Once the date was set, we sent our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew to lift the sinking areas. Jordan and his crew successfully lifted the exterior concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the crew shifted to repairing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work done by the crew.
