Solution
In about a week, our Design Specialist, Will R., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Will explained to the homeowner that soil washout is one of the most common causes of settling slabs. Soil washout is the process in which water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. Luckily, we have just the right solution, PolyLevel, a waterproof foam expanding formula that is injected beneath sinking slabs and accurately lifts them. Alongside PolyLevel, Will also recommended NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that is specifically engineered for joints. The homeowner agreed to Will's recommendation and scheduled the installation date.
In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. They then injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs, filling in the empty spaces in the soil until the slab is lifted to the desired height. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to seal the joints along the driveway. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
Now, our customer can have peace of mind with his smooth and leveled driveway and walkway! Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!
