A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed their front step was lowering. Worried that their concrete was in serious trouble, the homeowner began looking into "Rochester MN concrete lifting". Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Nate. Nate promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Nate confirmed the concrete was suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement issue from worsening, the homeowner recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the struggling sidewalk. The homeowner agreed and worked with Nate to schedule the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Dylon and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurethane solution, underneath the struggling sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted to replacing the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a five-star review.
