Sinking Concrete Repaired in Rochester, MN
Challenge
A local church in Rochester, MN, worried that the exterior concrete around their building was sinking. Hoping to repair before it became a hazard, the church began looking into "fixing a concrete sidewalk near me". Only one company stood above the rest, American Waterworks, so the church decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Brad, to the home to take a closer look.
Solution
Brad promptly arrived at the home and started the detailed inspection of the concrete. During his inspection, Brad confirmed that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Brad recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the struggling sidewalk. Knowing this was their best option, the church agreed with Brad's proposal. The installation dates were set, and we assigned our Foreman, Dylon, to the project. Dylon promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. First, Dylon and his crew lifted the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeonwer was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
