Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Canon T., and his crew arrived at the home for the inspection. Soil washout is the process in which water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the concrete slabs upright. Over time, this causes voids in the soil, and the slab would begin to sink. In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived at the home to lift the slabs. The crew began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs and inserting the injection port. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, compacting the soil before lifting it. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals the holes. In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Reese R., and his crew arrived to apply NexusPro along the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
