A homeowner in Monona, IA, knew it was time to repair their heaving concrete. Worried about the potential trip hazards, the homewoner knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with the proper solution. Solution

After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. The Design Specialist promptly arrived and started the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During his inspection, the Design Specialist found several areas that were sinking into the ground. To prevent this issue from worsening, the Design Specialist recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back into place. The homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to schedule the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Sam and his crew lifted the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Next, the crew shifted to installing NexusPro between the sidewalk cracks and joints.
