Challenge

A homeowner in Chaska, MN, noticed that their steps were sinking due to settlement. Worried that this could lead to serious issues, the homeowner began looking into "concrete leveling near me." Once the estimate details were settled, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Brad. A few days later, Brad promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection.

Solution

During the estimate, Brad found that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Brad recommended installing PolyLevel beneath the struggling sidewalk. The homeowner agreed and worked with Brad to find the best installation date. After the installation date was selected, we sent one of our Foremen, Sam, to the home to take a closer look. Sam and his crew arrived and began by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, below the sinking concrete. Next, the crew repaired the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
