Challenge

A homeowner in Wahpeton, ND, noticed their concrete was heaving. Worried this could turn into a major issue, the homeowner began looking into "concrete leveling services near me". Solution

The following week, James arrived at the home and started his thorough inspection of the concrete. During his evaluation, James identified several areas that were experiencing settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, James recommended installing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. The homeowner agreed with James' recommendations and worked with him to find the best installation date. Once the installation date was selected, we sent our Foreman, Charlie, to the home to begin the installation. First, Charlie and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sinking sidewalk. After the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
