Solution
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dylan J., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. During his inspection, Dylan noticed multiple areas that were a trip hazard and explained to the homeowner that they can be fixed with our concrete solutions. The first thing Dylan recommended was PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution to lift the concrete slabs back to their original position, NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, desired to seal joints and repair cracks, and SealantPro, our sealant that would protect the concrete from elements. After reviewing Dylan's recommendations, the homeowner was confident it would fix their concrete issues and decided to schedule the project.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began applying our SealantPro along the concrete. It first leaves a green residue but dries clear. This is so that our crew can apply the product evenly. Then, our crew drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and inserted the injection port. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slabs, causing it to lift. Once it has been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals off the holes. Lastly, they used NexusPro to seal the joints and repair the cracks that have formed. After their successful installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
