Concrete Leveling Services In Waltham, MN

Challenge

A local church in Waltham, MN, grew concerned that its concrete sidewalk was becoming a trip hazard for its congregation. Hoping to find an expert to provide them with a solution, the homeowner began searching for a "local concrete specialist". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists to perform a detailed inspection of the exterior concrete.

Solution

The Design Specialist promptly arrived, then he began looking at the sunken concrete. After taking closer look, the Design Specialist confirmed that the concrete was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, the Design Specialist recommended lifting and leveling the concrete with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with the Design Specialists' plans. Next, the Design Specialist worked with the church to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Troy, and his crew traveled to the church to begin the installation. First, Troy and his team started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted the crew shifted to filing the crack and joints with NexusPro, a silicone based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and lef the home. The church was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
