Concrete Leveling Services Completed in Minneapolis, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, knew it was time to lift the sinking concrete around their home. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. After looking into several concrete lifting services, the homeonwer's attention was caught by one company, American Waterworks. Since they were already on our website, and had signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kyle, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

Kyle promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Kyle found that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, the homeowner recommended lifting the sidewalk was PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Kyle to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Troy, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Troy and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel below the struggling concrete. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to inserting NexusPro in the cracks and joints of the sidewalk. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
