Sinking Concrete Lifted in Mountain Lake, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Mountain Lake, MN, has noticed their concrete slabs sinking around their home. Knowing the issue would only worsen and negatively impact the curb appeal of their home, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate C., arrived at the home to take a close look at the concrete. During the inspection, he took measurements to see how far the slabs had sunken. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Nate created a proposal. In that proposal, Nate recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. After successfully lifting the slabs back to their original positions and applying NexusPro along the joints, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
