Sinking Concrete Lifted in Bloomington, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Bloomington, MN had noticed signs of their concrete slabs sinking and had been concerned about the safety risk it posed. Knowing the issue would only worsen, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE concrete estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dave S., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Dave took clear measurements to see how far the slabs had begun sinking. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Dave created a proposal recommending PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, to lift the slabs, NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair the cracks and seal the joints, and SealantPro, to seal the concrete from elements. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project. In a couple of months, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived at the home to install SealantPro along the driveway and walkway. When this is applied, it leaves a green tint so that our crew ensures it is applied evenly. Then, it is dried clear. In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation.
