A homeowner in Arden Hills, MN, had noticed that the slabs around their driveway and walkway had begun sinking, causing the area to become uneven and bumpy. Knowing the issue would worsen, the homeowner decided to contact us to schedule their FREE concrete estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate B.., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Nate took a close look at the problem areas and measured how far the slabs had sunken. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Nate created a proposal. In the proposal, Nate recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Jordan S., arrived at the home for the installation. After successfully lifting and leveling the slabs and sealing the joints, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
