Sinking Concrete Lifted in Burnsville, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Burnsville, MN, had noticed signs of concrete slabs sinking in front of their step and garage, and was concerned it would worsen. Knowing they needed expert advice, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Brad W., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough assessment of the concrete. During the inspection, he took measurements to see how far the slabs had begun sinking. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Brad created a solution to fix the issue. Brad recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Bryce P., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. Once the slabs had been successfully lifted and leveled, the crew applied NexusPro along the joints.
