Sunken Walkway Lifted in Plymouth, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Plymouth, MN, had grown concerned when they noticed the slabs in front of their walkway beginning to sink. Knowing the issue would persist without the right solution, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE concrete estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete slabs. During the inspection, he took measurements to see how far the slabs had sunken and which ones were uneven. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Romeo created a proposal to repair their concrete. In that proposal, Romeo recommended lifting the concrete slabs using PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, and sealing the joints using NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner was confident in the solution and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once the slabs have been successfully lifted and leveled, the crew sealed the joints.
