Sunken Garage Apron Lifted in Rock Falls, IA

Challenge

A homeowner in Rock Falls, IA, worried that their uneven garage apron was going to damage their vehicle. Hoping to find an alternative to concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into "sinking garage apron solutions". Solution

Nathan promptly arrived at the home and completed a detailed inspection. During the inspection, Nathan confirmed that several areas were sinking into the ground. To stop the sinking from continuing, Nathan recommended lifting and leveling the garage apron back to its original level. The homeowner agreed and worked with Nathan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, we sent our Foreman, Sam, and his crew to the home to begin. First, Sam and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking garage apron. Next, the crew shifted to inserting NexusPro in the cracks and joints.
