Settling Walkway Gets Lifted in Shorewood, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Shorewood, MN, had grown concerned after noticing their concrete walkway sinking. Knowing the safety risk it poses, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE concrete estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Greg G., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. During the inspection, he took a close look at the walkway, identifying which concrete slabs needed lifting and leveling. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Greg began working on a tailored solution. He recommended lifting the concrete slabs using PolyLevel, our poly foam solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant.
