A homeowner in Merrifield, MN, hoped to repair their cabin's sinking patio before they closed up for the season. Hoping to avoid replacing the entire back patio, the homeowner began looking into "sinking concrete repair near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Nicola.

Solution

Nicola promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the back patio. Once she completed the inspection, Nicola confirmed the patio needed to be lifted back into place with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. After hearing Nicola's recommendations, the homeowner agreed and worked with her to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Bryce, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. Bryce and his crew started by installing PolyLevel below the sinking back patio. Once the back patio was lifted and leveled back to its original level, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
