Sinking Concrete Gets Lifted in Rochester, MN

Challenge

In Rochester, MN, a homeowner noticed that their walkway and the top of their driveway began sinking, causing the area to become bumpy. Knowing the issue would worsen without the right solution, the homeowner decided to look into concrete repair in the area and found us. Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection. During the inspection, he identified which concrete slabs need lifting. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Romeo recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel and sealing the joints with NexusPro. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. After everything was successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
