Sinking Concrete Repaired in Princeton, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Princeton, MN, noticed their concrete was sinking and separating. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into "concrete leveling services near me". One of the first companies to capture their attention was American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for a FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Greg. A few days later, Greg promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough evaluation of the concrete.
Solution
During his inspection, Greg noted that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Greg suggested installing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with Greg's solution and worked with him to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Bryce, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Bryce and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection, below the sinking slabs. Next, Bryce and his crew fill joints and cracks throughout the concrete with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
