Solution
Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Gary, to the home to take a closer look. Gary promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Gary noted the steps were sinking due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Gary recommended lifting and leveling the steps with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Knowing this was the best solution, the homeowner agreed and worked with Gary to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Dylon and his crew installed PolyLevel below the sinking step and sidewalk.
