Solution
When the appointment arrived, our Design Specialist, Ian, traveled to the home to begin the inspection. After taking a closer look, Ian noted several slabs were suffering from settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Ian recommended installing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, Charlie and his crew started by injecting PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to replacing the joints and cracks with NexusPro. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
