Solution
A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, Ryan determined the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
