A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, disliked the look of their sinking sidewalk. Hoping to lift it before winter arrives, the homeowner looked into "concrete repair in Minneapolis, MN". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Greg. A few days later, Greg promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete.
Solution
During the inspection, Greg noted several areas that were suffering from settlement and sinking. To prevent the issue from worsening, Greg recommended lifting with PolyLevel and repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Grego to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Ryan and his crew started by lifting and leveling the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Once the slabs were lifted, the crew shifted to taking out the old joints and replacing them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once the NexusPro was secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed.
